If you're an NBA fan you've no doubt heard about "Lin-Sanity", if you're not familiar with his story here's a little recap:
He gets dropped from two NBA teams even before the season begins and is about to get dropped by the Knicks in January until they lose depth at his position. In a game against New Jersey and scores 25pts and they win, he would start the next 6 games and win them all... in that stretch he scores 38 against Kobe and the Lakers and hits a game winning shot against Toronto.
After doing all this he has become a world wide phenomenon (I am not just saying that to hype him up he really is!!!)
Here's a diagram outlining his Rise to success
(please, click on it to see it in depth)
it's hard to not love a story like this, I mean the guy was sleeping on his brother's couch because he thought he wasn't going to be in New York for much longer.

Arguably the best Basketball Shoe for the Greatest Player ever
Arguably the best looking performance basketball shoe for the Greatest Basketball player, the Jordan XI, is having yet another re-release (hopefully some time soon)! A shoe so desired that it caused muggings, sometimes unfortunately ending in tragedy, at the time of it's first release in 1996 and violence occurring once again just this past december when the shoe was re-released but a shoe that has been mired is not the point of this post just merely a way of attempting to indicate it's social significance.
The shoe is being re-release under the "For The Love Of The Game" series, which will probably have to include the Jordan III among other shoes.

The changes for this next release seem to be purely cosmetic. Although there is no official word on why it looks like it does but the carolina blue colour (actually a Pantone 284) is undoubtedly for the North Carolina Tar Heels (where he attended college) probably as a tracing back to his roots!

Trianglular Vases
Hi I just saw these vases on NOTCOT.org and found them to be really beautiful
and wanted to discover more about them and turns out there a cool little video of how they make the vases. It's actually a really cool and clever little technique wouldn't mind finding out about it a little more and giving it a go to see how to do it!
Check out the video below!

Want to see 5 people play 1 guitar? You just did!
I found this video of 5 people playing Somebody That I Used to Know on one guitar. It's pretty impressive that you can have so many people on one instrument make something coherent.
